Service terms

Last updated: 3 October 2026. Tryveliq is operated by Hafsa Software. These terms describe the current paid application and API service.

What the service provides

Tryveliq provides merchant-managed AI clothing previews, approved storefront images and size guidance based on merchant-supplied measurement ranges. It is not a 3D body scanner or physical fabric simulator. AI can alter prints, colors, faces and proportions. Review every output before publishing; an image does not establish that a garment or size will fit.

Plans and billing

Starter costs US$49 monthly or US$490 yearly; Growth costs US$99 monthly or US$990 yearly; Scale costs US$199 monthly or US$1,990 yearly. Applicable taxes may be added. Shopify purchases are approved and billed by Shopify. Eligible Shopify subscriptions include a 3-day free trial on monthly and yearly plans. Shopify plan approval is required to start the trial, and full plan features and normal usage limits are available during it. Shopify shows any remaining trial days and the subsequent price before approval. Billing begins after the remaining trial days unless cancelled through Shopify; annual charges are then paid in advance. Previously consumed trial days may reduce a new trial. There is no ongoing free plan. Access requires a verified active Shopify subscription, including an approved trial. Independent API billing does not include this Shopify trial offer. Existing paid subscriptions are not automatically changed or refunded by the addition of a trial offer.

Starter includes 500, Growth 1,200 and Scale 2,500 successful previews per calendar month (UTC), including yearly plans. Pending jobs reserve allowance; failed jobs release it. Unused allowance does not roll over. Daily safety limits are 100, 250 and 500 attempts respectively. All attempts count toward daily limits. API and dashboard usage share the same workspace limits. There are no automatic overage charges.

Changes and cancellation

Manage Shopify plans through the Billing page and Shopify subscription controls. Shopify presents the terms and any prorated charge before approval. Access follows Shopify’s verified subscription status and paid period. Cancellation and uninstalling are handled through Shopify. Contact support promptly about a billing error or refund request; refunds are evaluated individually, subject to applicable law and platform rules. No general refund guarantee is offered.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the material you supply and authorize the processing necessary to provide the requested service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for garment images, model images and depicted people. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or nonconsensual material. You are responsible for your catalog, size-chart accuracy, public claims and approved outputs.

API access

Keep keys on a secure backend and respect quotas. Keys are workspace-scoped; never place a secret in storefront code. Use an idempotency key for generation requests. Independent API accounts require separately arranged billing and verified access; self-service external checkout is not currently offered.

Availability and support

No uptime SLA or output-quality guarantee is included in the published plans. Features can change, and service can be interrupted for maintenance or abuse prevention. We may suspend misuse or unpaid access. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For support or contractual questions, email hakan.olcer@web.de.
