Privacy notice

Last updated: 3 October 2026. Tryveliq is operated by Hafsa Software. For privacy inquiries, contact hakan.olcer@web.de.

Information we process

We process merchant workspace details, Shopify shop identifiers and product catalog data, garment and model images uploaded by merchants, generated images, usage and subscription status, application settings, API key hashes and support requests. Shopify access tokens are encrypted in application storage. We do not request Shopify customer or order data.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide the requested preview service, authenticate access, verify paid subscriptions, apply usage limits, display approved previews, handle support and protect the service against abuse. Shopify handles Shopify subscription checkout and billing. Tryveliq does not receive payment-card details.

Images and AI

When a merchant requests a preview, the selected images are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI. Cloudflare also provides our application hosting, database, queues, logs and object storage. Upload only images you are authorized to process, including any permission required for a person’s likeness. The current product does not accept shopper photo uploads or perform face recognition.

Size measurements

Measurements entered in the storefront size guide and two-size comparisons are evaluated locally in the shopper’s browser. They are not transmitted to Tryveliq. Closing the guide clears current inputs. An adult or guardian can explicitly save up to three anonymous family measurement slots in this browser tab’s session storage for reuse on other products at the same shop. No name, age, photo or account is requested. Saved slots expire after 24 hours, are not loaded automatically, and can be removed with Delete all saved profiles. Example values cannot be saved. Closing the tab normally removes session storage; browser session restore may preserve it until the 24-hour expiry. Measurements submitted to the developer API are processed to return the recommendation and are not written to the database. Request bodies and credentials are not intentionally included in application logs.

Optional storefront event counts

Event collection is off by default. If the merchant enables it and Shopify allows shopper analytics processing, the app records only daily per-product counts of guide opens, size-check outcomes and variant-link clicks. It does not send body measurements, photos, customer identifiers or a shopper profile in these event requests. Counts are retained for up to 90 days; the dashboard displays the last 30 days. Hosting providers may process routine request metadata for delivery and security.

Storage and access

Input and output images remain until deletion or workspace erasure. Input images are private. Temporary viewing links expire after ten minutes; do not share them with unauthorized people. Merchants choose which generated images to publish. Published previews are available to storefront visitors while the subscription is active. Activity entries are retained for up to 90 days and webhook deduplication records for up to 30 days. Infrastructure providers may process data across regions; no specific country-only storage is promised.

Deletion and uninstalling

Merchants can delete unused source images and unpublish previews in the app. Uninstalling disables access and revokes API keys. A verified Shopify shop-redaction webhook erases the workspace and its stored images. External API customers can request deletion using the support address. Some billing records may remain with the payment platform under its retention rules.
